Primrose Riordan will join the masthead as a companies reporter to focus on private companies and family offices after working for four years as South China Correspondent at the Financial Times in Hong Kong.  Riordan has previously been with the Australian as a foreign affairs and trade reporter for more than two years and a political reporter at The AFR for three years. Journalist Zach Thompson (pictured) has left his position as News Editor at TechDay, leaving the specialist publisher room to hire Kaleah Salmon.  Thompson had been with the outlet since January 2022, wrapping up his tenure with eighteen months of experience, and is now looking for his next role.  “Truthfully, I'm unsure at this stage what my next position might look like - all I know is I'll be following my passions!” said Thompson.  Tech Day has since brought on Kaleah Salmon.
