Under the aegis of the BCM Group, IVY will handle PR, social media, influencer management, events, and brand activations, which will augment BCM’s creative and media services.
Hamilton and Bedsor will be co-managing directors of the agency, which will have offices in Sydney and Brisbane. BCM has also granted the tandem full authority to develop the agency.

The agency revealed that Bush is heading to Europe to assume the EVP role at GPJ’s European division. He is already working remotely, with plans to relocate to the GPJ Europe office in London, England, by May 2022.
Bush has been with GPJ ANZ since 2009, rising all the way from producer to managing director. GPJ ANZ is already recruiting for his successor, who is expected to start in November 2021.
“I have had the pleasure of driving major changes to the agency, winning multiple AOY Awards and being personally recognised by CEO Magazine as Managing Director of the Year in 2019. The people I have worked for, with and in particular the clients who have bought into our ‘experience first’ mindset have been the biggest highlights. I leave the business in a very strong position but still see so much growth for both our clients and staff,” said Bush.
