Sydney, 3 February 2010 – The SmartCompany Dun and Bradstreet Growth List for the IT Sector has ranked ComOps, a leading Australasian provider of business software products and services, as the 15th fastest growing IT company in Australia.

The list is comprised of Australia’s top 50 IT companies by revenue growth for FY09. ComOps achieved its ranking with a 38.5 percent revenue growth from 2008 to 2009.

“This ranking is especially meaningful now because it underscores our sustained success in last year’s challenging economic conditions.   We compete effectively on a national basis with companies hundreds of times our size. Our impressive percentage growth rate demonstrates not just our corporate success but the value our solutions bring as customers face increasing pressure to improve operational efficiencies and retain customers.

"At the same time, despite a tough economy in 2009, we were able to sign a healthy list of new customers which really underlines the value which our software brings by enabling businesses to drive success. In 2010, we will continue to build on our strong performance by focusing on recruiting top talent, new partners and launching product upgrades designed to help customers squeeze organisational inefficiencies,” said ComOps founder and CEO, Richard Bradley.
